In addition to our gift wrap, each item will arrive in a reusable zip lock plastic bag, great for storing your jewelry pieces in. This is also a great way to store your Sterling Silver jewelry, each jewelry item made with sterling silver will arrive in a reusable zip lock bag with a 3M strip; you can store your jewelry in the zip lock bags to help keep the jewelry from tarnishing.
Shipping After your order has been confirmed & authorized it will be processed and shipped out to you within 14 business days, except for One of a Kind, Ready to Ship Items, these items will ship out within 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends and holidays.
Please allow 3-10 business days for First Class delivery, the delivery time depends on the zone you live in. You will receive a confirmation email which will include your First Class tracking #. Shipping prices include packaging, tracking number, and confirmation of delivery.

Return Policy We would be happy to return any item that you are not completely satisfied with.
Customized Orders: Items in our inventory that are designed and handcrafted to your specification will be charged a 25% customization fee/restocking fee. The 25% fee applies to all item/s that are ordered with options; such as, Pearl, Crystal, Metal Finish, and Sizing. Shipping Charges will not be refunded.
One of a Kind Orders: When these items are ordered, they are not altered in anyway and are returned with full refund, minus shipping charges.
Return Process: a) The item/s must be returned to bgbjewelry.com within 14 days of shipment date in its original unworn and resalable condition (this includes tags attached).
b) You must contact prior to shipping and we will provide a return authorization # (RA#) and our "return" address.
c) Please pack the items carefully, write the RA# on the outside of the package, and be sure to ship insured and provide a tracking number.
Refunds will not be given for lost or stolen merchandise. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Packages not received within 14 days of shipment date or without obtaining RA # will be rejected and no refund given. Custom Designs We love custom orders, let us design something special for you! Please email us with as much information & description as possible, even referring to item numbers throughout the website. We will then notify you of prices and approximate completion date. We require 50% Non Refundable Deposit for items/orders over $101.00, and full payment for items/orders under $100.00. Please note all custom orders are non-refundable. Once your order has been processed and started we are unable to refund any of your Non Refundable Deposit.
